What is IssueBurner?

Why IssueBurner?

IssueBurner is a lightweight help desk and issue tracking software. It is a hosted service. This is designed by keeping small and medium sized businesses in mind. We thought that there are many help desk and issue management softwares that cater to gorilla sized organizations. By definition, they get bloated so much with complexities that you are going to run away if you are not large.

Also, you can track tasks that you send and receive in your email.

How groups work?

You can form groups out of your co-workers and the members manage the issues reported to group. Every group gets an email address which you may publish as your issue tracker or help desk address. For all emails received at this address, issues will be created under this group. You may publish this email address as your issue tracker or help desk address.

How members are counted?

Unique group members across all groups under an organization are counted as organization's members.

Do I need a credit card to try out IssueBurner?

No. You don't require a credit card during the trial, so you can try IssueBurner obligation-free.

How does 30-day free trial work?

After sign up, you create groups and mention an organization name. You may create unlimited groups under an organization. For next 30 days the organization remains under trial and you may use all features of IssueBurner without any restriction. During trial, you may subscribe to any of our plans.

What happens at the trial end?

Our support team will email you before trial expires for your organization. You can choose either the free plan or one of the paid plans. If you do not subscribe to a plan at the end of your 30-day trial, your organization will expire.

How will you bill me?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay by credit card online.

Am I eligible for any discounts?

We offer great discounts if you choose annual billing for our Silver and Gold plans.

Can I change plans at anytime?

Yes. Upgrade subscription for your organization anytime right from your IssueBurner account. Visit our pricing page for more information about specific plans.

How can I access IssueBurner on my mobile?

IssueBurner works great on smartphones. Just pointing the browser from these devices to issueburner.com will automatically take you to IssueBurner's mobile version.

Will the persons related to an issue receive any notification from IssueBurner?

Yes. They will receive notifications depending on their preferences.
